今天看一看壬二酸的作用～ 1治疗痤疮：减轻炎症反应、抑菌；通过减少丝状角蛋白的合成，从而减少毛囊角化过度改善粉刺，抑制表皮层角质，溶解角质与粉刺，可防止粉刺形成，并对毛孔粗大有改善能力 2治疗酒糟鼻：改善红斑，抗炎抗氧化，减少ROS产生，但血管扩张的改善不明显 3美白：壬二酸为酪氨酸酶的竞争性抑制物，可减少黑色素的产生 4治疗黄褐斑 5 治疗皮肤色素沉着过多症：治疗(缓解或减轻)皮肤黑斑病、老年斑、恶性小痣、黑色素瘤等。 此外，其还可以用于玫瑰痤疮的治疗，暂无研究表明其有致畸胎性；在使用初期，可能会出现暂时瘙痒，刺痒，泛红，灼热感的现象。话不多说，给草单（但不要盲入），下次再一一分析：to、澳洲肤润康20%壬二酸、宝拉的壬二酸。   参考： [1]陈冠容.壬二酸的药理作用和临床应用[J].中国医院药学杂志,2002(04):50-51.
